Strawberry toast is a quick and simple breakfast, made from the strawberries I purchased the day before at the Farmer's Market. It took only 10 minutes to assemble (only if you want it to look pwetty) but if you're in a hurry, that can be cut down to 5 minutes.

Strawberry toast

• Fresh strawberries
• Sliced wheat bread
• Cream cheese
• Honey
• Granola (Optional)

1. Slice strawberries thinly. I used a slicer but really any kitchen knife will do.
2. Toast bread lightly.
3. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread.
4. Lay strawberries out on top of the cream cheese.
5. Drizzle honey lightly over toast.
6. Serve with granola sprinkled lightly over toast if you enjoy additional crunch.
